Can we control blood pressure without medical intervention?


Presently, too many people suffer from problems related to high blood pressure. Such individuals take pills regularly to control their high blood pressure levels. Stress, obesity, and inactive lifestyles, are the major causes of high blood pressure.

5.    Sound sleep

Lack of sleep also increases blood pressure. Adults should get 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
